• How do curbside and in-store pickup work at SCHEELS?

  Select Pickup at checkout. When your order is ready, you'll receive a notification. Let us know you're on your way, then select “In-Store Pickup” or “Curbside Pickup” to receive your order.

• Is curbside or in-store pickup free at SCHEELS?

  Yes! There is no additional charge for picking up your order at your local SCHEELS.

• When will my store pickup order be ready?

  Most orders will be ready within one hour. You will receive an email confirmation when your items are ready to pick up.
  Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID for pickup.

• What do I need to bring to pick up my in-store order?

  Once you’ve arrived at the store, go to the designated store pickup counter with a valid ID and order confirmation number.​​​​​​​​ Pickup orders are held for 7 days before being refunded and returned to the sales floor.​​​​​​​

• How long do I have to pick up my in-store order?

  Orders for store pickup are held for 7 days after they are marked ready for pickup. If you need the order to be held for longer, please contact the store directly and they will be happy to assist you.
